Activate is an implementation methodology created by SAP to easily deliver SAP products. SAP Activate is divided into six phases: Discover, Prepare, Explore, Realize, Deploy and Run.

Now it’s time to spell out and document every requirement, identify functional gaps, carry out UX/UI design, analyze business scenarios in detail, define architecture for your implementation. This is the phase where the actual implementation and engineering will be done. Within a Scrum framework, the development team will prioritize requirements to work on for 2-3 week long sprints, test features, and continuously release code to a testing environment for the client to approve.
